Northwood Developments, formerly Northwood Construction, is a commercial construction company in business since 1991, whose objective is to complete projects on time and under budget while maintaining its longstanding commitment to quality, efficiency and value in compliance with all applicable regulatory requirements.

We are LEED certified and fully bonded for up to five million dollars.

We have the ability to manage twelve to fifteen sites at any given time with our proficient team of project managers, site supervisors and office staff. We deal with subcontractors and suppliers who share our goal in providing reliable service with integrity.

We are a diverse commercial construction company with projects including commercial office, restaurant and retail renovations. Northwood Developments was built around commitment to support design professionals. One of our projects won a progressive architectural award for design.
